Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be unused and in resellable condition
- You must contact us before sending the parcel back

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 working days depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class (no need for expensive services).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately with:
- Order number
- Photo of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
